Early ideas, layouts and overall direction for your project.
This is where the foundations of your project are set.
We explore layout options, spatial planning and the overall look and feel of your home. Through a series of workshops, we refine the design into a clear and resolved concept.
At this stage, we also begin aligning the design with planning controls and a realistic construction budget.

Preparing and submitting your project for DA or CDC approval.
We develop the design into a coordinated set of drawings for planning approval.
This includes preparing and managing your Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC), along with consultant coordination and submission.
We guide you through the process and act as your point of contact throughout the assessment period.

Refining the design and preparing documentation for construction.
Following approval, we develop the design into a detailed and coordinated set of drawings ready for construction.
This stage focuses on resolving how the home is built — including materials, finishes and key details — ensuring clarity for pricing, certification and construction.

Ongoing support as your design is built.
Our involvement during construction is flexible and tailored to your project.
We continue to support the delivery of the design we have developed, providing advice, reviewing information from the builder and assisting with key decisions as the project progresses.
This stage is offered as a continuation of our design service, ensuring the intent of the project is maintained throughout construction.
Our level of involvement can be adjusted depending on your needs, however we are typically engaged from the early stages of the project through to construction.
