Randwick House explores a calm, contemporary reworking of a traditional home, designed to better connect living spaces with light, landscape and everyday family life. The proposal introduces a refined rear addition that opens generously to the garden, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor connection and a more functional, flexible ground floor.

The design is centred around a soft, natural material palette with subtle detailing throughout. Stone, timber and textured finishes bring warmth and depth, while carefully framed openings and considered proportions create a sense of ease and clarity. The result is a home that feels relaxed and intuitive to live in, while still being carefully resolved at every level.
